Prior to installation, all systems undergo thorough testing in our Australian laboratories (Melbourne and Brisbane), ensuring they meet technical requirements and are ready for seamless integration into the customer’s operational environment.

Each system is delivered with comprehensive documentation and operational training, enabling end-users to manage and maintain the solution with confidence. Our agile, interactive approach ensures flexibility while maintaining control and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

The solution design process outlined

We follow a clearly defined process to ensure each solution is engineered for performance, safety and long-term value:

  • Front-end engineering design (FEED) and requirements definition
  • Solution workshops and stakeholder engagement
  • Detailed engineering design (15%, 85%, 100% milestones)
  • Project management and resource planning
  • System package allocation and procurement
  • Ongoing review, reporting and quality assurance
  • System integration, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and system integration testing (SIT)
  • Installation, commissioning, site acceptance testing (SAT) and final handover

Ongoing Support Beyond Handover

Our commitment doesn’t end at system delivery. Once operational, we continue to support customers with services that ensure long-term system performance and compliance. This includes assistance with critical spare parts, maintenance planning and regular system health checks.
